What we do
West Elmwood offers a variety of programs and services related to real estate including new construction, acquisition and rehab for resale and rental, and owner-occupied home improvement programs.
Homeownership Units
West Elmwood’s Real Estate Development team rehabilitates properties in our community, creating opportunities for new homeowners. Listed below are our current projects that will soon be completed and for sale. Many of our homes qualify for downpayment assistance and other loan opportunities.
