Westfield Lofts, completed in 2005, is the historic rehabilitation and transformation of the Rau Fastener Complex, two brownsfield mill buildings into 69 mixed-income loft-style apartments.

Sankofa Housing is a $13.5M green affordable housing development in Providence’s West End, completed in August of 2016. It includes 50 newly constructed apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms on 10 formerly blighted vacant lots in the West End of Providence. The housing is connected to Sankofa Community Farm, Sankofa Community Kitchen, and education space for tenant use.
